Out of Breath is a true low budget film. We shot with a borrowed video camera and edited on a friend's computer. Expenses were minimal, enough to cover several SVHS tapes and a few digital8 and miniDV tapes. With Out of Breath we are redefining lwo budget as a film produced for under a hundred bucks.
